HI Dylan.....NFL head coaches take on a LOT of stress.....I think that's why we may never see Bill Cowher coach again, he's loving his television gig, gives him a lot of time off and huge pay, considering......there may be two jobs he'd take but other than that, he may be done.....I really don't like the old "hangers-on".....but it may be what this one comes down to, the Bucs showed they were totally willing to go with a guy with NO NFL experience whatsoever....now are they totally reversing course? will be interesting to see...
