Hey I'm thinking its time for a new roundtable, get back to me if you have any ideas/want to write it.
Hey man I'm thinking we are ready for a new roundtable, you have any good ideas? Also let me know if you want to put it together, first come first serve.
No problem man, hopefully you can get your thoughts in next time. However, you are still considered a roundtable member, so here it is:

Please comment and let me know what you think, I'm really hoping to win the POTD with this one.
As long as you need. A few paragraphs would he fine
. btw send it to my email cmac1544@yahoo.com. Thanks man.
Alright I got a plan for the first offseason roundtable. I received this request earlier for Indianapolis Colts analysis following Tony Dungy's expected announcement of retirement.
With Tony Dungy set to retire, I’m looking for a Colts writer to speculate about the immediate future of the Colts franchise, and speculate who should fill Dungy's shoes. How big of an impact will Dungy's departure have on the team? Should the Colts hire from within, or try and lure an available veteran coach (such as Mike Shanahan, Bill Cowher, etc.) to Indianapolis? What move gives this current Colts team the best chance to make a deep playoff run next year?
Well, us within the Colts community know that Jim Caldwell has all but been given the job gift-wrapped for a few years now, so my question would be "is Jim Caldwell the best guy or should the Colts go after one of the marquee guys mentioned above or someone else?
If you can, send me your analysis by Wednesday or Thursday, and hopefully I can get it up by Thursday night. Let me know if you can do it. Also, If you have ideas for the next one or would like to put the next one together, let me know.
Ok cool, I'm still talking to a few other people about joining, ill let you know when we get things rolling. If you have any ideas you want to give, go ahead I'm looking for ways to make this great.
