Max's Bio

Max Iascone is a 15 year old high school student who lives in Massachusetts, He first came to this site in search of a reliable NFL reference. He quickly soured on blowhards like Mel Kiper, Jim Rome, and the late Sean Salisbury (He isn't dead but his career is). He has had a passion for sports and journalism since he was 7 and although he has been an ardent supporter of Boston sports teams since age 6, he takes pride in being a well rounded sports fan (screw hockey)and will discuss any team in any sport.(not hockey)He dreams of one day being a sports writer but he is inexperienced and consequently is not exactly great at it. And for those who want to know, that's a picture of Robert Loggia.

  2. Did the Patriots draft a sleeper? Maybe they did, but not why you think!

  5. Hey Max—Dave Mo here, a Bleacher Report Community Coordinator.

I've been spending time on our Pats page and read a couple of your old articles. Really on-point analysis...you do good work.

Given that you haven't written in a while, I thought I'd check in and see if you're interested in picking up your coverage again. What do you say?

If not, it would be great if you could give me some feedback on why you decided to stop writing and what we could have done to better serve you. If you wouldn't mind, please shoot me a line at dmorrison@bleacherreport.com with any thoughts.

    Thanks so much,

    Dave Mo

  6. HEY, my brotha man what is happenin!!

Gotta run but wanted to answer ya.. Can't say I'm mad coz albert got a win... I have real deep reservations about the clown but I am still positive for the players and coaches who have bee put throu the ringer but the old crumudgeon and yet, in spite of the sideswipe have come out victorious.

Kiffin to me STILL is a great coach but of course Cable is proving to also be good... and humble coz he too emmediate responsability for blowing that last minute ising that rarly works...

Doesn't matter, a wins a win so good luck to the guys even if Albert gets praised... I no longer care about the dude...

Need to go but we'll talk later bro...

Sorry about the Nolan change but I have always loved Singletary... dudes a stud!! What are your thoughts??

  7. LOL! I resemble that remark. You try to enjoy your team bro. And like family you try to overlook the ugliness and concentrate on the good stuff.

The Pats have been hit with a lot of negative stuff of late and i'm sure you don't see it as being negative as much as you see it more as a direct result of your success, TRANSLATION, people are envious of your overwhelming winning!

Well, that news conference, for me, and many of the Nation was a stark in your face proof that Al has lost it. Warren Sapp only served to solidified that realization. As an example before the Sapp comments I still had some in the nation justifying Al's actions... desperatly looking for moral justification which to me looked more like rationalizations but after Sapp, I haven't had a single hit on my comments dude, Not a single guy.

you I'm sure have felt the sting from some Raider faithful, I know I have and just because you disagree with someone they get beligerant. I know you have as much as I.

So to not get a single counter to me is more than amazing Max... It's like unbelievable! I'm still waiting for that to change but to have Sapp comment on it gives it so much credibility that no one to this day can challenge me on having the audacity to call Al Albert and then say he's INSANE.

Anyway, just a lil thought from you good uncle Snoop (he he he he,) pulled a lil age difference on ya duuu. LOL!!!

You know I always thought Martz was a good coach though really I haven't analyzed him as much as you just gave me a small skoolin here... But as you point out your right He did have a great foursome around him along with others.... And great players always shine even more when they are surrounded by super stars... see Randy Moss,

I have a good eFriend who's a 9r fan buy i'm sure he will agree with you. He's not too high on them now. He like me has a disdain for the current management of the team...

Good luck again bro, be cool!!

  8. AL-bert DAVIS is INSANE.

WARREN SAPP EXPOSES WHO'S THE REAL LIAR!

WARREN SAPP IS KNOW FOR MANY THINGS
BEING A LIAR or MAKING STUFF UP AIN'T ONE OF THEM
    Case Closed.

    -------------------------------------------------------------
    Good luck against the 9rs...

Shouldn't be that tough their QB's been sacked more than free beer at the 7-11

  9. I'll tell you what dude, the Raiders will be .500 + if Kiffin is allowed to coach unshackled... The players play hard for him so we'll win a few. Now that you don't have Tom Brady we'll give you guys a run for your money dude... Especially since many D guys have a hard on for Moss who quit on them.

Regardless It will be a hard fought game dude... as always my hope is for all to pllay hard and for nobody to get hurt. on either side.

I'll tell ya though. If Kiffins gone I won't be watching anything but the obituary's waiting to read Al's demise. Lord that's so sad for me to say that dude... DAIEM!!!

Like I told a niner fan recently. Al Davis is like an old vintage fine wine that's turned into vinegar coz it's had an air hole in it for years.

Even fine wine spoils if you wait too long... There are no 1000 year old bottles of wine, and if there are nobody would dare drink it... The cost would be priceless and if it sucks (which would most certainly be a guarantee) then you'd lose both the money and the pleasure...

That's where Al recides. in a world of admiration and legendary pricelessness but nobody dare challenge him by opening the contents of his decisions. That of coursre until Kiffin came around. Lane has undieing honesty and is intimidated by nobody... not even by al Davis... i mean he still refers to him as AL (LOL!!!) nobody calls him AL!!! but kiffin does, I just love that Lane Kiffin.

You watch should Al fire him he'll be coaching the Bengals next year!!! And I'll be a fan of whom ever he coaches bro...

Don't get me wrong I'm a Raider for life but until the ol man is gone. Like so many followed Gruden out who saw the fallacy of the Curmudgeon... I will likewise follow Kiffin!!!

  10. Yeah, unfoutanatly he will crate another profile as some else. He probably knows nothing about sports either, these are the guys we have to kepp off of the site, but we can't, maybe Z could find away.

  11. Yeah, I figured as much, after I thought a bout it for awhile, Iwonder how you figured it out, lol. This guy will be deleted by the end of the week.

  12. Max, wasn't aware that Cinci was offered that for Chad. I'll keep this quiet, as not to anger Bengal fans, but they were OUT OF THEIR MINDS not to jump at that. I think it's because they've been unsuccessful for so long that they can't allow a player to complain his way into a trade or there will be a mass explosion of players trying to do it.

  13. Thanx Max, Yeah I don't like rivers either... thou you gotta give him props on becoming a better QB and for having balls... I always respect that.

In terms of accuracy with facts... some people (especially here on the blogs) care about that just a little too much. Rivers played injured and that's enough for me.

Reminds me of a scene captured on TV of the colts seelers playoff game (middle 90's I believe) back when Harbaugh was the QB for the Colts ( I don't think you remember that one)

Anyway, Harbough comes off the field and goes behind the wall of players, takes his helmet off, spits out blood into something or on the ground a couple of times... Then promptly puts his helmet back on and runs onto the field.

That game was stolen from the colts and they lost but the image of this guys ballzzy act in the heat of battle was and has always been inspiring to me, so Harbaugh has had my respect ever since.

A guy who latter became the Pitzburgh QB nicknamed Slash, a reciever stepped out of bounds in the end zone, then came back into the playing field to catch the TD that sunk the Colts... Clear bullshit call but without instant replay the Steelers won and went on the get their cheeting asses beat in the superbowl

My point, I don't recall, off hand, HArbough's 1st name nor do I remember Slashes full name but you still got the point.

Some people are just a little too much into being perfect... and dude, there is nothing perfect so to do so is to condemn yourself into a life of disappointment.

Oh listen, doing your absolute best and a commitment to excellence is great and something to strive for absolutly! As long as you don't become annal retentive while doing it!!!! That can be a fine line there dude.

Don't know where you are but at least with me... don't sweet the details coz... It ain't that big of a deal with me.

I mean I know San Diego's LdT got injured but thou several people have told me what it is I really don't care so i don't pay attention to what it was, it doesn't matter to me so I ignore it. Drives the annal retentives crazy... LOL!!!

I enjoyed relaying some thoughts with you Max... Kinda helped me not to think of the specter coming to Raider land of the Senile'd one firing Kiffin...

  14. Oh an one more thing dude... you don't want to use the word decimated bro. It means to lose 10% which in the Raiders case is more like 1000% (sadly for me but nevertheless, LOL!)

You probably already know this but the Romans used to do that to punish their soldiers without really hurting themselves too much, by killing their own soldiers & but terrorizing the survivors by knowing the cost of failure.

Kinda cold huh... come to think of it, maybe executing every 10th Raider may help us HAHAHAHA!

    L8R BRO!!!!!

  15. Max, I always assumed you were an older dude. You certainly write like one. Is your bio accurate? Nothing will change here with me dude but I'm astonished. I never would have guessed based on your writing maturity.

All I can say dude is, RESPECT!
