I'm a former D-1 baseball player and coach with 30+ years in the game. I have the CSCS credential, a BS in Physical Education, and MS in Business. I design strength and conditioning programs for baseball and softball players, from Little League to the big leagues. I've written four training booklets that are in use by tens of thousands of players around the world, and have invented several unique baseball training tools. I also write a free newsletter on baseball conditioning with 45,000+ subscribers as well as a blog on all things baseball. My two main web sites are www.BaseballFit.com and www.PitchingPractice.com.
