BigReg's Bio

I know in my heart that if Todd Jones (left) can make it in the MLB. There is still hope for a 6'4 lefty from the WSPSL, Wyoming Slow Pitch Softball League. (What else would it be?)

'07 Stats
11-1
12 Complete Games
ERA of 7.74
6 STRIKE OUTS and 1 walk 6/1 K/Walks AWESOME RATIO!!!

Plus, if I end up w/ a National League team, they should know, I CAN HANDLE MY WOOD!!!
Batting Average .455
On base % .612

With these kind of numbers, what team wouldn't want this future star?

  1. You have my congratulations as the first person to understand my Chad Johnson article. Thanks for the kind words.

  2. So out of my whole thing all that you could understand was to piss off Sheed? You must have missed where I mentioned that "we have to mock and ridicule the Pistons" or maybe where I said to "be more annoying than those pathetic Detroit fans." Well, to answer your question...

Yes!!! I have seen him play. I have watched him from his days in Portland and well mostly now in Detroit. Everybody has their Kryptonite and we have to find his. I play Basketball too for your information and I too am one of those who thrives off of the crowd. Let me let you in on a little secret, its not what the crowd says or does. Its how much pressure they can crash into your head.

    Thanks for the feedback though!

  3. BigReg,

I think we can come to an obvious conclusion that both of these teams are more than your average ball club.

Granderson and Sizemore are both all-stars in my mind. They have already been more than successful in their careers and I'm sure it will continue to be like that.

The overall pitching for both of these teams are top 5 in the major leagues. Granted, both haven't gotten off to as good of a start as many would expect, but it's inevitable that eventually these rotations and bullpens will be very, very special once things begin to click.

As for the overall comparisons, I think both of us are trying to honor our own personal teams, and there's really nothing wrong with that.
Both of these teams could end up playing in the World Series, and personally I think it's probably that eventually that will happen.

So, let's just call the whole comparison a push and see what this year brings for our beloved teams.

    Much Respect,
    Anthony

  4. I think the Angels bullpen is hurtin for a lefty, might wanna give them a call!

  5. i better not lose that $10, its my life savings...

  6. HaHaHaHa! Actually, my first thougth was, "Damn, this guy looks like Todd Jones!" Then I realized it was a younger version of TJ himself. Good stuff. Keep rockin' the WSPSL!
