For some reason, I can't post on the article under your last comment, but I figured you'd enjoy this information:

According to this (http://www.goal.com/en/news/12/spain/2009/12/11/1680966/real-madrids-cristiano-ronaldo-the-fastest-in-football), Ronaldo has been measured at an AVERAGE speed of 20.88 mph.

Chris Johnson was clocked on a football field once at 22 mph (http://espn.go.com/blog/afcsouth/post/_/id/15128/chris-johnson-liked-sports-science-stat), and without pads he ran a 4.24 40 at the combine (http://blog.chron.com/nfl/2008/02/chris-johnson-runs-4-24-the-fastest-time-in-the-40/)

So yeah, I think Ronaldo would come close to a 4.3 if he didn't quite reach it.

Sidenote: Usain Bolt has reached a top speed of 27.33 mph (http://www.wired.com/wiredscience/2010/02/40-mph-human/). That's just nuts.
