Meredith is a sophomore at Syracuse University enrolled in the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications. She is a magazine journalism major with a political science major. Meredith is a staff writer at The Daily Orange, the independent student newspaper of Syracuse, New York, currently covering the women's tennis team. Meredith has worked for The Home News and Tribune and The Star Ledger, both based in New Jersey and has covered many different sporting events including AVP volleyball, the WNBA All-Star game, USA Swimming, the Harlem Globetrotters, among a variety of other Syracuse Division I sports.

Syracuse vs. No. 10 Georgtown, Feb. 26, 2007 at the Carrier Dome. The Orange defeated Georgetown 72-58. The student section rushed the court, believing that Syracuse would then make the NCAA tournament. The team was on the outside of the bubble and played in the NIT instead.

    I want to thank you for editing my article, you always do a good job cleaning it up. I do have to say that I am not happy with my new title, nor the picture of Kyle Korver on the sixers pic. The title is kinda blah, and the picture is out of date. Thank you for the rest of your editing though, you do a great job.
