That’s just it. They look for reasons to hate the guy, and 9 times out of 10 those reasons are silly, outplayed, and just overall BS. Like one of the famous arguments people like to keep saying “he’s the WWE champion, he should be on Raw EVERY week”, those people don’t understand the concept that they’re seeing and they’re just implying like Rock doesn’t care enough. Little do they know, the Rock is making it a PRIVELGE to see the champion. Why should the champion show up for free every week? Hell, make the fans PAY to see the champion. He’s a main attraction, so that makes the WWE title a main attraction as well. Hogan didn’t show up every week, and for that, they had a strong midcard that fans actually cared about and so did the WWE. With Hogan not being there, it allowed the midcarders to step up and draw in the fans and for that, their transition to the main event was a lot more smoother. Nowadays, the WWE heavily focuses on just the main eventers and the midcard is always being forgotten. People here like to complain that the WWE needs to give them more attention, so when the champion (main eventer) isn’t here, they’re complaining about the champion not being there instead of realizing that they just got what they had wanted. Even if Rock did show up every week, those same people would be complaining that “he’s stealing the spotlight from the younger guys”. How can he steal the spotlight if he isn’t even there? Who’s he stealing the spotlight from? Are you telling me that the likes of McIntyre was going to receive such a push? Very unlikely. These people don’t know what they want. They wanted him to return and now that’s he in the main event and he’s the champion, those people are still bitching? Funny. Isn’t that the reason they wanted him to return? It sure as hell wasn’t to put over talent.

The guy makes me want to watch paint dry, ahh its just so annoying just thinking about it. I would buy every ppv for a year if Ziggler lost that title in 10 seconds after cashing in LOL.

Being a Rock fan, the hatred I see for him over here makes me sick to my stomach, so I was hoping you could write a pro-Rock article regarding his injury. Some idiots are saying a few things on the lines that the Rock didn't look in any pain at all throughout the match. Those idiots don't understand that that's the professionalism of Rock, and that's his commitment to the company and his fans that he delivered the match with so much pain.
The first time that Rock even looked like he's in pain was when Cena was pinning him for the win. At that point, I guess it got worst, because Rock slid his hand under Cena, and reached for his right thigh. Throughout and after the pin, his right hand can be seen trying to do something about the pain in the right thigh, and the right side area of his pelvis. It was painful for me to watch, because his hands also seemed to be trembling for a second or two there.
You can write about that, and then you can add that he wasn't on Raw not because he couldn't deliver a promo but because he wanted the injury cured asap because Hercules' shooting starts this month. He informed the officials and left. Hopefully he will on Raw on Monday.
You can also add what Mick Foley had to say about the Rock's injury as according to him he suffered a similar tear in 1993 and that was his most painful injury, and that's coming from a man who we call the "hardcore legend." He has taken limitless amounts of pain, but even he says this one was the most painful for him in his time. Source:
