Born in Portsmouth, Virginia. Until Mixed Martial Arts was born, I pretty much ignored sports. Having grown up with friends who practiced martial arts, I already was familiar with it when early Pancrase and Ultimate Fighting competitions were broadcast on cable TV.
And then a sports fan was born!
Outside of MMA, I have other passions. I'm not only a writer of MMA editorials, but also an author of fiction and science fiction. Recently, I've become a graphic artist, producing 3D CGI art.
