Charles's Bio

Hello everybody, my name is Charles Bloomfield and I'm a senior at Livingstone College, majoring in sports management. I'm 22 years old and currently living in Charlotte. I went to Vance High School with Austin Penny, who is also one of the sport writers on this website. During my senior year, I was named All-Conference Wide Receiver. My favorite sport is football; my favorite team is the Carolina Panthers. After college, I plan on being a sports writer for The Charlotte Observer (INSIDE THE PANTHERS). I just thought about becoming a sports writer, during the Thanksgiving Break. I really don't have any experience yet, which is why I chose to write some articles. I know that I can be whatever I want to be, as long as I put my mind to it.
