Its a fantasy league through the premier league website. You pick players from different EPL teams for your fantasy team. They score points based on their real-life performance for your team. You have to outsmart the other guys by predicting who will play the best in real life matches. I've got a few of the bleacher report guys signed up for the league. If you leave your email on my page, I'll add you to our league, then delete your email from my page. You'll get an email from Fantasy Premier League and you can start to pick your team.

Hey man i respect your opinions as they seem well founded and based on a secure knowledge rather than emotion. In commenting on the world cup it was mainly as a neutral as I am New Zealander but normally cheer for Brazil because of have good friends from your country. The world club championship is an odd one for me because it seems more about the money than the fans or football, constantly playing in Japan is just annoying to me. But yeah fair call it seems the South american club sides have the edge in this department as well.
The reason I am a strong follower of the english game is that growing up here the only coverage we ever got of any football was from england, and the world cup. alot of british came out to live here in the 50's and 60's as well so their mindset and ways dominate New Zealand football, unfortunately, haha. nigeria in the 94 world cup were cool, was it amokachi who got that screamer against greece? cant quite remember. thats is a crack up 'Ronaldo breaks wind'.

allo mate, I saw the note you left on Salaar's profile, about the wall spray in Brazilian Football. That has to be one of the best ideas ever. I am so sick of the wall being able to move about 3 yards before the kick is taken.

I totally agree with you about Anderson. By no means do I think he is overweight and clumsy. I think he can develop into a great midfielder. He's already made huge strides in his first season in England. He's an excellent tackler, very strong, not bad in the air, fast, and pretty good with the ball as well. He just lacks an eye for goal. Otherwise he is a great footballer and Manchester United would be out of their minds to sell him. The fans would have an uproar!

all ur digs about CR7 and is big game blunders do not affect me.
He is still the best player in the world and does not require a EURO medal to prove it. I am not a big fan of the guy but adore his skill on the ball and respect his talent.

i dont mind as to who wins the title coz I support Argentina and not any European team.

The B/R team are looking at creative ways to get the new writers involved,any suggestions from our top writers would be invaluable...

We are considering a poll of topics which our top writers could vote for as the topic for the Round Table Discussions,However,all that is for the future..

Phew! The 3rd Round Table has been published and now we're on course for our forth one...
This time the topic is :

"Who do you think is currently the World's best holding midfielder or CDM?".

Example of these are Viera,M.Diarra,Mascherano,Gattuso,Makelele,Hargreaves,Gilberto,Edmilson etc..pick from these or choose your own but it has to be a holding midfielder..a striker,winger,defender,attacking midfielder will NOT be accepted..

Yeah I read an intresting quote from Juninho the other day, he said that the Brazil job is actually the worst football job in the world because of the pressure of having to win every time and also win with style. Weird to hear that from a player who actually played in a World cup winning side.

Hey S,

Was just watching highlights of the Brazil game and although they were defeated it was still very enjoyable football to watch. Was good to see Anderson come on, although he contributed little but long range shooting.

The goal against Argentina for Ecuador really stood out.

I definitly will be watching the full game of the Brazil v Argentina game. Cannot miss that one!

Thanks S. I remember one of my friends went travelling around South America, and went to quite a few games. After a few months, when he came back he just said the talent there was unbelievalble and that the trip alone was worth it just to see the football being played there.

He said "There's this player, Carlos Tevez, and I guarantee now that he will be playing for one of the top teams in a few years." Needless to say, I just laughed at him, not knowing who Tevez was and just said, yeah yeah whatever mate.

And the rest is history, and now he just laughs at me. So now Im going to keep myself educated to avoid any further embarrasments.

Loved your article on Riquelme it got me back into everything.

Your gist on English domination is sound, my point is this, what has taken English so called domination so long, they have had the resources and finance now for many many years.

AC Milan to me are going to be European Champs next season, I just think think with 4-5 signings they will be strong as ever, in competition they are a different breed much like Real Madrid if they can get there act together, history speaks volumes.

He may have been suspended from the last one because he was still technically a Villareal player.

I think Roquelme wasn't signed in time to play against AC Milan. The transfer agreements started in January so at the time of the game he was still a Villareal player.

1 million rand a month is about 60,000 pounds....parriera was on 1.8 million a month about 110,000 pounds. With the current exchange rates off the top of my head.

He a good choice? Hand chosen by Parriera.
