About

I've had a deep passion for the NBA ever since I first started following it in 2005. I also share a similar sentiment for writing, and decidedly fused the two together. I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Professional Writing and Publishing, and hope to one day turn it into a long and successful career as an NBA writer.

I've been writing with Bleacher Report for a little over a year, mostly focusing on the Miami Heat. I'm also a lead writer and editor for BustaSports (http://bustasports.com/), heading the Debate Desk blog.

    Hey Josh,

Don't worry about it. I was expecting a few articles to come out about the Jazz not making any moves at the trade deadline, and I enjoyed reading your piece just as much.

I really liked how you articulated your points about Kanter and Favors, and I agree that the Jazz did not take as big a risk in keeping both Millsap and Jefferson because they're already full of young talent. Had the Jazz been in a different situation and weren't prepared to rebuild for the future, I'm almost certain Millsap and/or Jefferson would've been gone.

thanks for the nice note, Josh. I'm just another guy with an opinion and the perspective of watching the NBA since I went to my first game in the early 1970's. I'm looking forward to reading your next article.

haha have you? thats awesome. I loved your article on Why The Heat Will Go To The NBA Finals. Boston or Philly wont be able to keep up with them and if Miami gets Bosh back it will be over quickly. But I don’t see them beating OKC or SA

Hey Josh, Happy to become a fan of yours! I really like all of your NBA coverage, especially your piece a few days ago about the Spurs route to the finals. I'm a Lakers guy at heart and wish they could go farther, though it seems like their run may be over soon with OKC. But I really enjoy the Spurs methodical and fundamental-based style. Anyway, thanks again!
