Ron was born and raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia where he still resides. He honed his passion for sports with his family and friends as a true fan of every Philadelphia team. His love for sports soon extended to a national level. While it was his local roots that inspired him to write about the Eagles, Phillies, Sixers and Flyers, he has extended his net to include college basketball, golf, tennis and horse racing.
As a Featured Columnist for both the Philadelphia Eagles and Villanova basketball, he hopes to provide concise, thorough and entertaining commentary. He has no interest in being a cheerleader through his writing, but to be objective at all costs. He is also a contributor to the blog Eagles Addict.
His work has been well received and featured on Philly.com, CSNPhilly.com and has been noted by both local and national radio stations. If you would like to further discuss Ron’s work or if you have any questions or comments, he can be reached at pasc1979@gmail.com or you can follow him on twitter @RonPasceri.
Do you have any new writing assignments coming up?
Why write tennis related articles when you say you don't care about tennis? Leave it to the best guys, and don't write it just for the sake of getting reads.
Hi Ron,
I hope everything is fine with you. I have noticed that you have written less frequently and has about 3 or 4 comments that you did not answer. It is not charging, just know that as your usual to reply your readers I was worried something had happened to you. I hope all is well in your life and be just too much work (work is always good, ennobles the man).
take care my friend
can you repost your article about harry kalas you did some time back?
Hey, Ron.
I just had a question about how your writing assignments works since you are a Featured Columnist and I'm still stuck on the Analyst level.
How do you get assigned certain stories? Like is it a sort of thing where since you are a featured columnist for Villanova that you get assignments for all college basketball stories, not just Nova. I was always under the impression that you didn't get any assignments personally, you are just given a list of different topics to write about and first one to say I'll take it gets the story? Am I mistaken and that's just the format for WWE stories? Or am I just completely lost on it all.
Any help you could give me on this would be great as I am looking to broaden my workload in the coming months now that my duties of SDSU basketball manager are all but over for the year.
Thanks a lot.
Ron, I'd love to talk to you about an opportunity with my website. If you could provide me with some contact info, that'd be outstanding.
Best,

Hey Ron! I read that you are a season ticket holder. I am too and am wondering where you sit?
Sounded great on the radio this morning!
