Feb. 26, 2008.I guess first things first,on April 26,2007 I was in a 4 person,1 fatality car accident. Me and one other man were severely injured. I broke 27 bones,multiple face and skull fractures,lost all vision in my right eye,left side of my face is paralyzed,and I had traumatic brain injury.I was in coma for a month and in physical rehab for months after that.I've learned alot since then. I realized I'm not immortal,God is the only reason I'm alive,I forgot the meaning of "can't"love the friends that truely love you,and at any moment life can change.
Instead of taking the depressed route I took the bad ass route.Anything Doctors told me I would never be able to do again, I've either done or I'm about too.I have never been the type of man to sit on the sidelines, I get in the game and make things happen.Life is too short to have a "pity party".When life throws you a curveball,knock it over the fence.I've done alot of terrible things alcohol,drugs,ect.I've also hurt alot of people.It's never too late to change and redeem yourself.I try to keep a proactive attitude and that makes the people around me stay positive.I did'nt take advantage of my life before.Life is a gift from God and I am going to unwrap it everyday.
After High School I went to East Carolina University and earned degrees in Psychology as well as Child Development and Family Relations.During this time I was also on the football team.I am from North Carolina. I was named after "Bart Starr" former Green Bay/ Superbowl MVP.Luckily for me I chose to be a Bills fan at a very young age. Don Beebe and O.J Simpson are my all time favorite Bills players.I go up to Buffalo at least twice a year for games. We have a Bills Backers Of Greenville N.C here that meets for the games when I am not in Buffalo.I love the Bills more than anything in the World.Ask anyone that knows me and they will tell you.
