I'm the big cheese! No, not really. But I do like cheese, the stronger the better....with pickle...

Anyway, i'm Laura, I like sports, I like writing and reading even more, plus i'm a virgo so i like to be critical and analyse things, so this site is perfect for me! I will probably be doing more editing than writing, but who knows!

I was born in Cambridge back in 1983, but spent most of my life in Suffolk in the picturesque town of Bury St Edmunds, an architectural beauty amoungst rural flatlands. Seemingly bored with the placisity of rural life, I opted to head for the bright lights of Birmingham in 2003 to study for my Bsc (Hons) in Radiography.

Living in Birmingham, I was able to indulge my passion for live football. At Villa Park, I was fortunate to witness many a thrilling game against the likes of Liverpool and Chelsea. I now feel privaleged to have witnessed such talent right before me, especially now Aston Villa are doing so well.

In recent years, I have also taken a liking to golf, playing as well as watching. I am actually quite good (for a girl, as some might say) and was quite impressed with myself in a recent round played with my boyfriend when I was ahead of him by several shots over the first eight or so holes, until i got tired and started to lose my concentration...must work harder on that...

So here I am, lots of reading and learning to do on this site no doubt. I hope to chat with lots of you soon, once I have found my way around!
