I grew up in Wisconsin and love hockey and football. That means I love the Green Bay Packers but had no long-standing loyalty in hockey. I switched from Chicago to Minnesota when they came into the league and to San Jose when I moved out here.
I hate dirty players almost as much as people who equate their opinions to fact, whether in sports or fundamentalists of some religion or political view. There is far too much of that from what I have seen on MJ's articles, so because I know, like and respect MJ, I want to lend my support as a counter-balance to that low-hanging fruit--it is literally all I signed up for. I do not always agree with MJ, but respect the well-thought-out views written about.
