About Greg »

Hello! My name is Greg, but you can call me Master. I attend the Community College of Rhode Island (CCRI for all RI residents) and I want to get out of there as fast as possible, I'm writing for the bleacher report to use as credentials towards getting into that "Next-Level" school, or university, or whatever.

I love the Celtics, Patriots, and Bruins. I am also a Yankee fan, but my respect for Brian Cashman is falling almost as fast as the "Old" Yankee Stadium. If I had to choose a backup team it may be the Florida Marlins, or the Arizona Diamondbacks(yes, the two last foes of the Yankees in the WS), I've always respected the teams. Go Pats.

The Shortlist »

  • Favorite Athletes

Weyinmi Efejuku, Jamaine Peterson, Randy Moss, Dwight Howard, Walter "Ray" Allen, Reggie Bush, Steve Smith(Panthers), Eddie Royal, Hakim Warrick, Carmello Anthony, Dwayne Wade, Dwayne Bowe. AND I HATE LEBRON JAMES( If I ever write an article about "LeBaron", It is purely in hate )

  • Favorite Sports Teams

Boston Celtics, Boston Bruins, New England Patriots, Providence Friars

  • Favorite Coaches

Bill Belichick, Doc Rivers, Pete Carrol(College, of course), (Hopefully) Keno Davis, Jeff Van Gundy

  • All Time Sports Moment

2007-2008 Boston Celtics Vs LA Lakers, Game 6. "Anything Is Possible", the first 3 superbowls

  • Most Memorable Game Attended

July 23th, 2004. Ted Lilly Vs. "El Duke", Ruben Sierra hits a walk off in the 9th inning to win 1-0.November 5th, 2007 - Colts(7-0) @ Patriots(6-1). SNF. Brady V Manning, I know, there has been 17,000 Brady-Manning Bowls, but it was the game Marvin Harrison made the amazing catch that should be in sports reels forever.

  • Most Unbreakable Sports Record

Cal Ripken Jr.'s "Iron Man" record

  • Ruth or Mays?

Ruth, def. Ruth is the player (almost) everyone wants to be as a child. When those cocky little kids in the world series walk up to the plate in a pressure situation, they point to the bleachers.

  • Unitas or Montana?

Brady, Cassel, then and only if, Montana, soley because I've seen "The Catch" a million and one times.

  • Jordan or Russell?

Really? 11 Championships does the talking

  • Gretzky or Orr?

    #4

  • Pele or Maradona?

Pele I guess, I'm only a fan during the world cup

  • Federer or Sampras?

Federer simply because i'm living in his time, maybe if I lived in the 80's I would say Sampras

  • Tiger or Nicklaus?

    Soon enough, Tiger

  • Petty or Earnhardt?

    Does it Matter?

  • Schumacher or Senna?

    Again. Does it Matter?

  • Pac 10, Big 12, Big 10, SEC, ACC, or Big East?

    #1. Big East, def.
