Thanks for fanning me. I really appreciate the support. Keep reading and as always, keep rooting for the Spurs.
Thanks for the support! Hope the Spurs keep it up!
Lol. Very interesting, but great to have you as a fellow Spurs fan.
Hope you had a good Christmas.
Wow. Honestly A Ahmed, that's pretty mind-boggling.
I'm super curious to know how the passion for the Spurs came about?
Agreed. Do you live here in San Antonio?
I went to the scrimmage yesterday. Met Dejuan Blair.
Great "tandem" we put on that Young guard tandems article.
Keep up the good work.
in the last 14 games leading to the NYK game, Miami was 12-2. Im pretty sure they weren't playing high school teams when they won those 12 games.
The Robert Horry has 7 and Kobe has 5 was completely irrelevant... Kobe did far more then Horry did to get those 5 rings. winning is everything. REMEMBER, Lakers have 5 SAS have 3. Yea man I remember Melo was playing with DWade and Bosh and wasn't able to make the finals... please the Heat were rolling and healthy, while Chicago was gassed, and NYK and Boston were injured... Just wait for this season for the 50th time.
It doesn't matter, regular season games can have a playoff atmosphere and playoff effort, so that alone shows that he is prepared to not wet the bed in the finals. Please realize that for the past 7 years(since melo joined the league) the west have been far stronger then the east. Melo was stopped by the eventual champs many times in his career and gave them a good fight every game, he never showed a disappearing act. heck for the your info in 07' playoffs Melo and the Nuggets gave the Spurs a good fight while the Cavs looked a high school team against the Spurs. You can say whatever about the players on the Cavs that year but look at the stats of some the players 2 years before the 06-07 season. 2 years doesn't drop you off that much. Then it includes that the Cavs had very good role players who each had one special strength.
Zydrunas Ilgauskas 17pts, 9rebs, 2blks: all star
Larry Hughes(put Billups on lock) 22pts, 6rebs, 5asts, 3stls: all defensive first team
Drew Gooden 17pts, 11rebs
I can guarantee you Melo will never only score 8 points in a game. And he will never give up with 5 minutes left of the game.
LOL what you put on my profile was a joke, try reading what I write before saying "call my statements dumb instead of arguing them, then I'll just say that I won that argument" I just told you Lakers have 5 rings and spurs have 3 in the 2000's your the one with the big mouth saying winning is everything.
LeBron obviously would have a easier time scoring buckets when he is playing with two stars, and some solid role players. Melo was playing the Celts by himself after game 1, no one has ever been able to beat a legit Celtic team by themselves, ask MJ. How can you say Melo failed against Boston? did you not watch game 2 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P8I4SfFxqUo Melo also did the right thing at the end to pass it to a wide open Jefferies, but unfortunately Jefferies dropped the pass which could of been a easy lay-up.
Wade carried the team in the game 5 comeback.
Try watching the whole NYK vs MIA game. Melo carried this team to get the game close, and wasn't even guarding Bron till the last minutes of the games, look it up on youtube. Melo played excellent D on Bron, forcing him to take bad shots, including a shot in the last 20 seconds that was blocked by STAT.
Your point was that NYK can't play defense, will they held the highflying Heat to only 86. Thats great D.
Great you showed a few clutch plays from Bron from his 7 year career, but of course he has bricked plenty.

Kobe dropped one right back on LBJ. ANd LBJ misses the 2nd lay-up and misses the game winning shot. HE HAD 2 OPPORTUNITIES TO BE CLUTCH! ANd he FAILED
