Yo yo yo everybody!
My name is TJ 'Slam' Duncan, I'm a huge fan of all sports, basketball, baseball, football, soccer, wrestling and so on! I hope to be writing mainly on wrestling though.
I'm a huge Yankees fan for baseball, Lakers for basketball Miami Dolphins for football, and Liverpool for soccer!

I'm sorry TJ, but you praiselets are pretty hard to find under the rather obvious references to the Nazi regime and you referring to us as big headed dictators that force people to write what we want them to.
Are you dictating to me how I take your criticism? Sounds to me like you are being controlling. I should only take TJ Duncan's criticism a certain way. I shouldn't be upset that my ideas and Shane's were compared to fascism and tyranny.

And hey that was pretty much it TJ. So I'm a good writer...and then it was 95 percent criticism. Right. Excuse me for taking it as a mostly critical comment...seeing as how it was, and considering it was dominated by rhetoric that told me how I was a big headed dictator that elicited images of the holocaust in your mind. Yet....hey....TJ said I was a good writer....so I should acknowledge that? You are out of your damn mind.

Well, first of all, TJ, I was the COMMUNITY LEADER, and it's my responsibility, or it was, to steer the community in the right direction and make this place something the administration can actually be proud of and, you know, want to feature. 4 out of 5 writers bitch to me on a daily basis about how this place should be on the front page and they want Shane and I to do something about it. We try to do that, and we get people like you....calling US fascists for forcing people to write stuff.
Frankly, it's all a bit nauseating and a huge indicator that you people want respect and praise but don't have any interest in actually doing something to earn it. You want this place to be a beacon of the 1st amendment, which is fine, but that doesn't mean this necessarily HAS to become a playground for people who wonder what life would be like if WWE wrestlers were teachers at their school.
If you don't understand that by encouraging people to be balanced that I wanted them to come off looking intelligent, better the rep of pro wrestling, and make this place something Bleacher Report can be proud of, even when they put links to articles talking about who has the best tits in sports on the front page, which according to you takes no skill to write, then I really can't help you.
You seem unwilling to acknowledge my points where as I'm completely willing to acknowledge yours. I'm just here to tell you that you are wrong, and that your little praise was buried under 400 lbs of pretty nasty criticism that I have a real hard time just sitting here saying "thank you for thoughts" on.
You keep barking about being proven wrong....you are wrong. You're just an armchair quarterback that only sees about 5 percent of the picture. You and I have never worked together, so you haven't the foggiest clue as to what I'm like.
But frankly, I'm sick of explaining this to you, because for you, it's cool to refer to me and Shane as Hitleresque fascists when I was trying to stand up for this fucking place per my duties as a CL. They look at us and see our writing of fantasy pieces and THEY LAUGH. They'd rather put boob articles that take no skill, as you said, and feature them....OVER US.
It's funny...people spent months telling me how funny and hilarious RNN was....THAT'S HOW WE LOOK TO PEOPLE ON THE OUTSIDE AND THE ADMINS. THAT WAS THE WHOLE POINT OF THAT SERIES! In my attempt to show all of you how we looked to the admins here...you chuckled and said it was hilarious, when the truth of all of it is that they look at you, TJ, when you call Joe "Birdshit," they look at myself and Joe's disagreements, our articles filled with errors, our articles copied and pasted from somewhere else without giving credit, the articles written from the perspective of a pro wrestling prospect, the articles that fashion themselves to be comic book adventures and they fucking spit all over it and they are embarrassed. They don't want you to write whatever the hell you want. I, however, did, and in my standing up, FOR YOU, it was apparent to me, that THEY didn't give a shit. So I left.
Frankly, Shane and I show more patience than they do, IMO. We still have fantasy articles written on here and I haven't criticized them for writing those....EVEN after Project 73.
I realize that there is an audience for certain things, TJ...but TJ...there's an audience for a lot of things out there and I was trying to reach ALL OF THEM. NOT JUST A PORTION OF THEM.
But that's fine, I'll sit here and be your textbook example of how not to take criticism. It's cool, compare me to a man that attempted to exterminate an entire people for what they believe and make it look like I was holding people's live over their head. I'm sorry...but that makes me a little pissed off that you would go THAT FAR to make your point, especially considering I have my friends of the Jewish faith and that my wife is actually Jewish herself. THANK YOU TJ. Thank you for saying I was good writer. You're such a great guy.

You know...before you hop on here for the first time in God knows however long its been, GUESSING at why it is I'm leaving, perhaps you should actually gather some FACTS first. My guess is that you were too busy trying to make yourself look like some sort of brilliant mystery solving gumshoe, but unfortunately for you, you instead came off looking like a completely ignorant fool.
If you ever want to know the real reason I left, you should try actually asking me instead of cooking up some half-assed, hair brained theory and comparing Shane and I's ideas to the Nazi regime. I can tell you right now, I wouldn't be so stupid as to leave a gig behind in the fashion that I did because I didn't have control to ban articles I don't like. The fact that you even suggested that is really hilarious because all I suggested was for people to branch out and do other things and to put more effort into producing cleaner, well thought out work. Wow....WHAT A FASCIST I AM. I never once said that I wanted all fantasy articles to immediately stop and I never once told anyone that they couldn't write whatever they want.
I get so sick of people like you bitching about how I'm such a hard ass and that I'm shooting down your 1st amendment rights. Heaven forbid I should run a community with standards. Wow....heaven forbid I should discourage people from stealing work and publishing work that appears to have been written by a drunken gorilla. From the sounds of it, you've recently spent a significant amount of time inside of soot lined chimney with very poor air flow. That's the only explanation I can come up with for you putting out such ridiculous theories in those comments you left me yesterday.
You have no clue just how much I've considered the ideas of others in my time as CL. You haven't even been there to see any of it...you weren't working with me, so who the hell are you to tell anyone about why the hell I'm leaving? I'm leaving because the admins don't give a damn about the people in this community and their ideas....people LIKE YOU. But you wouldn't know anything about why I'm leaving because all you've done is frickin' hypothesize to show whoever might happen to remember you just how big your brain and your dick are. You don't know a damn thing about this situation, ergo, you aren't qualified to tell a damn soul about why I'm leaving.
