Christopher Benvie was born in the "City of Champions" Brockton, Massachusetts. As a lifelong baseball fan, his exposure to the greatest game came at a young age and a love affair was born.
I started my career on the Bleacher Report in December 2011 as a Featured Columnist for the Boston Red Sox. In an effort to balance out the fine baseball coverage the site has to offer, I decided to cover the Los Angeles Dodgers starting in April 2012 until my promotion to MLB Featured Columnist in July of 2012.
As of August 2012, I am also a contributing writer for WEEI.com.

Hey Chris,
Thanks, I really appreciate the praise! We miss you writing constantly over at the Red Sox page, but it seems as if you're on to bigger and better things. Keep up the good work as well.
Ben

You're quite welcome. Thanks for writing!
Hey Chris, congrats on the promotion!
My pleasure!
No problem, Christopher!
Hey Christopher—I didn't actually touch the headline of the article. So if it was changed, I'm not the one who did it. :)
I am not referring to a specific player, just saying that we shouldn't make pariahs out of the players. But hold who is really responsible for the steroid era, Bud Selig.
