Born in Vancouver, BC, I have always been an avid sports player and fan - Go Canucks! Upon graduating highschool, I moved to Victoria, BC to attend the University of Victoria where I studied economics. After two years, I decided to transfer to Camosun College where, after another two years, I completed the Applied Communication Diploma. There I gained skills in radio and writing, doing on-air shifts for the school radio station and writing stories for the school newspaper. For the 10-11 season, I was the Board Operator for broadcasting the BCHL Victoria Grizzlies hockey games on Village 900 radio.

Currently, I am attending Royal Roads University (still in Victoria, BC) enrolled in the BA in Professional Communication program. With my degree, I hope to work in the communications sector for an NHL team one day.
