About

I am Ernest James Shepard and I love sports, obviously. Covering sports has been a long time dream for me. While pursuing my dreams, I graduated from the Illinois Center for Broadcasting in 2010.

Since graduation, I have been very active in broadcasting. Currently you can hear me Sunday's at 8 am on Chicago's Progressive Talk's "Our Town". You'll also hear me break down the Chicago and national sports scene as the co-host and producer of "The Curtain Call" Thursdays from 6-8 pm Chicago time on www.slaminternetradio.com.

Also, recently I have been covering the Chicago Fire and you can read those articles here on Bleacher Report along with articles covering a myriad sports topics.

You can follow me on Twitter @ernestshepard and @TheCurtain_Call or find me on facebook Ernest James Shepard and www.facebook.com/thecurtaincall.

Check this piece out, Ernest. You have to wonder why the Hornets have been so quiet about Gordon's injury and why they waited so long for the surgery.
