Yes, I realize that Ms. Lach was ill prepared and got embarrassed at the meeting. The reason for this is that Enforcement has never been read in to any investigation of Auburn. That is her branch of the NCAA. The NCAA was foolish to send her there without reading her in and preparing her properly.

As I have commented to you before, the Newton Investigation has long been over as far as Auburn is concerned. The recruiting investigation was being handled by the Rules Committee and Clearing house.
