S R has yet to fill out a bio.
guess who is back...haha
Btw, this is my new id. There was some sort of problem with the old one & now it is fixed, so I'll be back with my old id. So, don't get confused in future if you ever come to my bulletin board & not see your message. Cheers!
Also, that bleacher report is not seen for a few days now...so may be he's also got banned :D
I suspect Ruffin is/was working with these names after his 'resume' issue got heated up: Ian Mulcahy, John Doe, Steve C, Bleacher Report, Johnny Bravo.
Yes, I noticed that...hehehe
Let's see how long does it take for Ruffin to come back with a new id. Btw, I noticed there is another Johnny that has come so I suspect that bravo one also got banned. Although, he is playing it nicely, praising fed but would be interesting to observe his behavior in next few days.
Thanks for the profile pic! I had even funnier one but it wasn't uploading properly.
Interesting stuff about devil. When I joined B/R I had a bad experience with Devil over a comment on her article. She played around with words, kept editing her comments (which I flagged as they were almost abusive) and kept on arguing without any substance. So I decided I will not comment directly on her articles and will never get into arguments with her. At best I ignore her articles and sometimes I comment on other people's comments, but never on her articles directly. I am sure she loves to argue for the heck of it as she is doing currently with the '.' id.
I know what you're saying. I joined BR in 2010, perhaps just slightly before you. I also remember him saying that tennis is a young man's game, and the task of winning seven best of 5 set matches in a row was a tall order for an aging body. In 2010, he was too old to win Slams, now that he's finally won another Slam in 2012, 31 is suddenly "not that old". Tim is inconsistent that way, but he'll never admit it. He can be fun to have a discussion with, but you'll never see him own up to some of the things he's said. He'll deny having ever said it, and accuse you of making up lies. He honestly believes that he's almost always right, and that he's smarter then everyone else on this forum. The only guys he treats with respect these days are Jeremy, Devil, Donnie and some other guys who "know what they're talking about". It's unfortunate because I've enjoyed some of our conversations, and I believe I do have a respectable understanding of tennis and the players. If I ever try to debate with him again or point out an inaccuracy in his comments, he'll probably just tell me I don't know what I'm talking about.
Hi SR, I'm quite surprised with the way he replied on this one. I've been a long time poster here, and frankly, it's really annoying how full of himself he can get sometimes. I think Ruffin knows what he's talking about, but it really gets to his head sometimes, to the point that he disregards the opinion of everyone else no matter how valid it can be. I'm composing a reply right away, but I'm not going to try to pick a fight or anything.
hey,the 'dot' is Devil?lol,i figured!thx for the info!
I saw that you left me a message. When I tried to respond the link took me to BR's home page. I didn't want you to think I was ignoring you. I did read it though. I guess it would make sense if it is her; Vee Jay & Steve J are fairly similar. If it is her I understand why nobody liked her. Wow! What an idiot!
Hi SR,yeah I did post that comment, lol,I did disappear a bit.Glad that you like the post :) I hope we're going to have those good memories again in a week! :)
