Lace Banachek is a former resident of Ventura County California pre 1994. Lace Banachek enjoys diverse arts. As a young boy he use to box in a boys club. Later on in life Lace studied Martial Arts. Lace said, in the beginning it was Karate. In the later years he enjoyed Kung Fu (White Tiger).

Another art of his is music. Lace has been awarded for songwriting contests he has entered. Lace enjoys writing lyrics and setting them to composition. Some of Lace's music has had airtime.

Lace loves sports, mainly football. Lace is a huge Boise State Bronco football fan. Lace say's, "I am not saying I am huge. I am saying I like the Broncos a lot." The Boise State Broncos are the first college football program Lace has enjoyed since Ara Parseghian’s and Dan Devine’s Notre Dame teams of the 70’s. Lace Banachek use to listen to sports on the radio in the 70's - boxing and football mostly – “that was exciting in those days."

Lace Banachek has also received some acclaim as a sports writer. He is currently Bleachers number one football writer for Boise State Broncos (BSU) and was/is a featured columnist at that site. Lace was listed in the top fifteen of the writers specializing in the NFL's Minnesota Vikings and had written for the New York Giants as well. Lace had devoted all his writing time toward the Boise State Broncos. But from here on out he will spend those needed hours writing his novel.

Didn't feel like posting this on your article because in–article pimping is a bad habit that I don't want to encourage, but here's my retroactive, 1,900 word reply to your BCS article:

    Hey Lace,
Yes, I agree Wooden is the greatest basketball coach of all-time. Obviously I wasn't around to watch him coach, but based on his accomplishments and a documentary that I saw on ESPN.... I couldn't resist mentioning him with my top coaches.
    Thanks for becoming a fan.
