Jason's Bio

My name's Jason, I strongly dislike the NBA, however, I love the NFL, MLB, and NHL. I'm from New York, so I root for the Yanks, Jets (and Giants, but not if they were playing each other), and the Rangers. I, for some odd reason, have always liked Wisconsin teams too.

  2. Hi , did you see the NY sports page on BR? it is not doing to well. it only has 4 fans, i think we should make it better and take the page under are wing, its time to for us to represent NY and show the world what this great place is all about. I asked Angel Navedo to be the community leader, we will see what he says. A few have already joined, Are you in ?

  3. We always read articles about the best players, best teams, who's overrated and who's not. I thought I would take a different approach with this one - The Official Bleacher Report Guide for How to Debate Properly, and I would love your opinion.

  7. Hey everyone,

I hope we can all come together and produce this best of series. I would like to make a logo, so anyone that could create a logo let me know. I want us to work with each other on this. Use the forum and the other people working on this project’s opinion.

Below are the people and their assignments:

Cody Swartz- Special Teams or Offensive Lineman ( let me know which you prefer)

  8. Year in Sports 2008

Check it out and see if you agree

    Thanks,
    BJ

  9. Yeah you can have QB's. I'll let everyone know when we can meet.

  10. After the NFL regular season is over I would like to do a best of series. It would be the best (player position) of the year. I think top 10 is the best way to go. I would like to get 8 people including myself. we would cover RB, QB, TE, WR, LB, DB, DL, and OL. I would like us all to discuss the rankings of each position and then we would each write why that player deserves this ranking.

If your interested hit me up and let me know on my Bleacher Report page.

  11. No problems, good luck with the writing!

  12. Erm, they opened it up in like a contest thing a few weeks ago and I got offered a chance to be the Bucs leader, as I'm one of the more active users on the Bucs area. Since I was the most active during the opening time (ie: writing the most/best articles) they promoted me to leader. The Bucs area isn't particularly active compared to some teams, so it wasn't too hard.

What team do you write about the most? If you write a lot for that area, eventually there will be another contest for the leadership, and you can throw your hat in the ring, so to speak.

  13. Yeah, we do have very similar sports interests. I really have no interest in any basketball whatsoever. I guess that the NBA is #3 for most people, but I wish that the NHL would take its place. I'm so excited about the Jets this year, and I hope the Rangers aren't falling apart.
