I graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Occupational Therapy from the University of Southern Indiana in 2006, a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy (MSOT) from the University of Southern Indiana in 2007, and a Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) from the University of St. Augustine in 2010.
I am a 1LT in the Army Reserves, attached to the 425th Minimal Care Detachment in Indianapolis, IN. I am also a combat veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom, where he was attached to the 5th Special Forces Group and the 76th Infantry Brigade for over a year from Feb 2003-March 2004.
My special interests include general orthopedics, hand therapy, and sports medicine. I hold an advanced specialization in athletic performance enhancement from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. I am also a member of the Indiana Occupational Therapy Association, Kentucky Occupational Therapy Association, American Occupational Therapy Association, and the American Society of Hand Therapists. In addition, I am currently pursuing my credentials as a certified hand therapist (CHT).
