I knew it would be West before reading. But for heavyweights, where's Overeem? Does leaving him off have to do with the steroids

I grew up in southern California with season tickets to UCLA football and basketball games and attended several Dodger and Laker games in my youth. I moved to the south in High School and later attended Auburn University. As a student at Auburn, I went to every stadium in the SEC minus South Carolina, Kentucky and Arkansas. I also saw an Alabama game in Birmingham and went to the SEC championsip in Atlanta, so I have been to a total of eleven SEC venues. Out west, I have also been to the Coliseum and Autzen in addition to the Rose Bowl. I moved back to Orange County for eight years after graduating from AU. I lived briefly in Costa Rica. You could call me a nomad. But no matter where I go, I bring my laptop, quick whit and endless supply of of random sport's statistics.
In 1994, some friends and I rented the first UFC on DVD and watched some little brazilian take out much bigger opponents and win tournaments in what they called, "Ulitmate Fighting". Since then, that sport has evolved to MMA and it has evolved to my other favorite sport. While living in Orange County, California, I attended several fights and met and worked out with several trainers, coaches and fighters in small MMA leagues and the UFC itself. I believe MMA will someday be the most popular sport in the world and Bleacher Report's coverage of the sport is second to none.
No biggie, Peter!
ok, so i loved your last article about the best conference championships (very right on). As a k-state alumnus and fan, i should point out that you referred to Kansas State as the jayhawks. You might want to tweak that before too many wildcat fans find out (it'd be like calling UCLA the UCLA Trojans).
Ha. there are never any fans to see Pitt in person. Kinda sad...but Pittsburgh is just a Steelers town.
Haha...I remembered your name from the comments. I see that you're new, but over 2k for your first article is pretty good! College football pieces don't always get the most reads, but they tend to inspire a lot of debate :)
Hey new fan :) Can't say that I agree with you about Auburn being anywhere in the neighborhood of the title hunt... but I enjoyed your article!
Thanks for fanning me. Backatcha.
