The WBC's Perverted Genius Will Seduce Pacquiao, Boxing Fans
08/07/2009
Tim writes for The Queensberry Rules, the boxing blog for the Most Valuable Network. Tim Starks started a boxing blog called Seven Punch Combo in 2007 before joining MVN that same year. He also has contributed to The Sweet Science, East Side Boxing and Bad Left Hook.
When not writing about boxing, Tim reports on intelligence agencies for Congressional Quarterly. He is the author of a joint U.S.-Germany blog called Across The Pond for Deutsche Welle World -- the German equivalent of CNN International -- that's written in English and is devoted to international aspects of the 2008 presidential race.
Tim has been called a "crack head" on national television for no apparent reason and a "baby killer" by commenters on his boxing blog who disagreed with an April, 2008 decision to bump Manny Pacquiao down from #2 to #3 on his list of today's best fighters.
