I have been born and raised a sports fanatic, probably because of my small-town childhood in Newburgh, Indiana where I was an outstanding 3 sport athlete in hockey, baseball and basketball. As I got older, my pursuit of athletic excellence led me to the Culver Military Academy, where I was a two-sport varsity athlete, leading my hockey team to back-to-back state championships and serving as a captain for that team as well as the varsity baseball squad.

From Culver, I went on to study Journalism and Political Science at Miami University in Oxford Ohio, where I explored another passion of mine, music production, which has led me to San Francisco where I am working in the world of electronic dance music.

I may be a techy, music nerd by choice, but my love of sports and writing runs just as deep, which is why I am working as an editorial intern for B/R.

I am a die-hard Boston Red Sox, University of Michigan and Indianapolis Colts fan, and I despise anything that has to do with the Yankees franchise as well as Ohio State University.
