    Harvey, though I don't think the Cubs actually improved themselves over the winter, I don't think any other team in the central did either, so they should be heavy favorites to once again win that division. If I had to pick a surprise team, I'd go with Cincinnati. And I'm always a little afraid of the Cardinals. They seem to always get the most out of the least.
