Scotty Allen is a lifelong Angels fan, and split most of his youth between West Covina and Redding California. Scotty was a 4-sport athlete in high school and enlisted in the Marine Corps at age 17. He served two tours of duty in Iraq, a year in Japan as a Marksmanship Instructor and served on the 3rd Marine Division Rifle Squad. Upon completion of his military service, Scotty enrolled at CSU Chico and signed on to play with a local semi-professional baseball team for two seasons. Scotty's currently working toward a degree in History/Anthropology as well as his teaching credential at Chico State. He and his wife Amy love soaking in all that the beautiful city of Chico has to offer and enjoy outdoor activities and traveling.
