I wonder if Rugland would be better suited as a punter than a place kicker. Maybe do kickoffs/punts.

I'm a husband, father of two, a social worker, aspiring sports writer, and lifelong fan of the underdog. I hope my passion for sports comes through in my writing.

Chris, great profile...I always root for the underdog too, and when it happens (Buster Douglas, Kurt Warner, Michael Oher's movie, the Pistons in '04) I always find myself bawling like a baby. I guess unconsciously we are all underdogs at heart. Speaking of unconscious, social work is a fantastic profession, and thanks for doing what you do. I plan to transition into counseling myself, in addition to writing.
Great to have you as a partner on the site, my friend!

Congrats on the FC tag Chris!
You're welcome, Chris! Keep up the great work.
Chris,
Originally, I deleted the "David Hawthorne" tag because I clumsily only thought you mentioned him in passing. However, after rereading, he obviously is a key part of the article. Therefore, I re-added that tag. I apologize for both not being clear in the feedback section and also making the mistake of deleting the tag in the first place. Let me know if you have any other questions, but I think get the gist.
Hey Chris,
Yes, when doing a slideshow, unless your "lists" revolve around a particular player(s), it's best to just not tag anyone. Also, the five-tag maximum is kind of a soft rule, but anything over seven would be pushing it. Hope that helps.
Chris,
I'd love to talk to you about an opportunity to contribute to my website. If you could provide me with some contact info, that'd be outstanding.
Best,

You're welcome, Chris!
No worries. It was a simple mistake. You mentioned Dwight Howard right before Gordon, so I'm sure he was still on your mind. Good for a chuckle, though.
