I currently reside in Fresno CA. I follow the USC Trojans closely and have been an L.A Lakers fan for 13 years. What attracted me to BR was the availability of great college football writers and the very respectful banter. Right now I work to support my blogging habit and will begin writing very soon.

Hi Daniel,
Excellent comments, rebuttals to others comments and a knowledge of the facts in the Brady Quinn vs. Matt Leinart college QB debate in both articles. I was gone for the weekend and missed the article but it looks like you did an awesome job holding up the Trojan side. I've just gone through the comments and while most of the ND fans come off as biased, your comments were more level-headed and well-written.
At the very least, the ND girl writer has brought back the much more enjoyable my team is better than your team argument instead of the lame my conference is better than your conference talk.

I'm guessing you saw some of my comments on Brian Wagner's article about Pete Carroll and recruits. That's just been my thinking about this whole thing coming from the LSU camp towards USC since 2003. I guess there is just no tradition of winning down there on the Bayou. It is what it is I guess. Glad to see another Trojan fan on this board.
If and when you decide to write any articles, just pass it my way and I'll be sure to give them a fair shake. BTW, an LA sports fan like yourself should check out J.C. Ayvazi's board. Pretty big LA sports guy who writes some great articles on the LA teams. You can find a link to him on my board.
