Thanks to BR, I recently interviewed Knicks legend Earl Monroe. Here is what he had to say on a variety of topics, including the current state of the Knicks!

Hey Dennis,

I hope you've been enjoying the new and improved Bleacher Report—we're really happy with the feedback we've received so far.

Just thought I'd let you know that next week we'll be launching the site to the world with some public announcements, and thus it'd be great to get a contribution from you between now and Tuesday to make Bleacher Report's launch a success.

Let me know if you need any help with ideas or have questions. Have a great weekend Dennis!

Well, I went to graduate school for history. I was published in my school's first journal, a historiography on baseball and labor, I've been published in the Biography of American Lives, Sports Figures for short bios on baseball pioneers Henry Chadwick and Harry Wright. And my book on Henry Chadwick is out now for purchase (www.henrychadwick.com).

I feel bad that you weren't around to see those great Islanders teams from the early eighties. They were remarkable!
