    Mark Buerhle's superhuman performance on Thursday brought back great memories for me of the last American League pitcher prior to pitch a perfect game. On July 18th, 1999, I watched my favorite player David Cone add his name to a hallowed list. Only nine years old, it was a mesmerizing moment much like my first time at Disney World.
