About

'The past is for remembering, the present is for living, the future is for wondering." Said by yours truly.

The way I look at it, is the best way to get to know someone is to alway look at a quote from that person or a quote that person finds interesting. Now that quote isn't my favourite but what that quote does do is it lets you know how I view the world. If you spend every moment of your day living in the past you won't be able to live your life or wonder what adventures the world will throw your way. Lesson 1; be prepared for every adventure. No matter how big or small.

That said, I'm sure that by looking at my profile you can figure out what I like to do in my spare time. When I was younger I was a fanatic about hockey. I was determined to make the NHL. I realized something. Hockey isn't everything in life. If you're going to have a happy successful life you have to learn to prioritize. Lesson 2; always have a backup plan if your original plan fails.

My focus shifted to another aspect of my life that I really loved. Writing. Since 2007 I have been working on an novel series that I hope to get published someday. The truth is I have been far too busy to have much time to even write for even ten minutes on my novel series. Success comes from hard work and dedication. Lesson 3; Anything is possible if you put your mind to it.

Life carries on. Regardless of how fast or slow you want it to go. From my experiences, time really doesn't speed up until you hit 20. Once you hit that university age you start to really analyze yourself. Start to wonder what life is all about and more. I know that in my heart, there is so much more to life then thinking about how fast everyday goes. Lesson 4; Live everyday like it's your last.

On top of all that. Did I mention my name was Joseph? Yes, hello. My friends mostly call me Joe but I prefer Joseph. I love ice cream and cookies. Reading, writing, and playing my guitar. I grew up in the North of Canada in a place called Whitehorse, Yukon. If you don't like the cold I suggest you don't go there.
