So let me get this straight, the Jaguars, a team that beat the Ravens and lost to the Steelers, Saints, Bengals, Panthers, Texans Twice, and the Titans by a total of 56 points 8/points per game are going to have a worse record in 2012? Even though they drastically upgraded their receiving core with the additions of Laurent Robinson, Justin Blackmon, and Lee Evans, returned every starter from the 6th ranked defense that was decimated with injuries last year, returning one of the best running games in the NFL, and upgraded their special teams with the one of the best punters to come out of college in the last 15 years, if you watched any Jaguar games last year you would know how bad our punters were, Matt Turk literally lost us a game against the Bengals, and Nick Harris wasn't any better, but you wouldn't know that because you're completely incompetent when it comes to evaluating our team. "Their biggest free-agent signing was quarterback Chad Henne. Was he brought in to help Blaine Gabbert, or take his job?" Your incompetence amazes me, all reports out of the Jaguars camp has Blaine Gabbert outplaying Chad Henne, and it's not even close, if you think Chad Henne was brought in to take Blaine's job then you're a complete fool, but that wouldn't surprise me. I'm not sure how Blaine Gabbert was supposed to succeed last year with the likes of Mike Thomas, Chastin West, Jarred Dillard, Jason Hill, Taylor Price, Brian Robiskie, and a underperforming Marcedes Lewis lining up on the outside, our receivers were so bad that Gene Smith decided to resign Mike Sims-Walker, a guy they let walk in free agency. If you went to any of the games last year (I’m sure you didn’t) you would’ve noticed that our receivers could not get open against anyone, there was absolutely positively no place to throw the ball, unfortunately the television broadcast only focuses on the quarterback, so “experts” like yourself have no idea what’s going on down the field, if Marcedes Lewis doesn’t drop 3 touchdowns that my grandmother would’ve caught, and if the Jaguar had fielded a receiving core that actually belongs in the NFL, then Blaine’s numbers would’ve have been a lot better then what they were, with that said, he still threw for 2200 yards 12 touchdowns 11 interceptions and a passer rating of 65.4, not bad for a 21 year old quarterback that had one of the worse receiving corps to ever grace a football field. BTW Craig, our offensive coaching staff was inept also, I bet you didn’t know Blaine’s quarterback coach was actually a wide receivers coach, and had never coached the quarterback position at any level, our wide receivers coach had never coached wide receivers, now an intelligent football person might ask the question, How could a professional football team have an offensive coaching staff full of position coaches that have never coached that position? It’s because Wayne Weave (the previous owner) put Jack Del Rio and his staff on a one year contract with a “playoffs or bust” ultimatum, because there’s not a quality position coach in the NFL that will agree to a 1 year contract with those stipulations the Jaguars had a hard time finding offensive position coaches, so they were left with guys that had zero experience. So please Craig, next time do some more research before posting an article about the Jaguars, because the lack of research really shows up in this article.

I'm not much of a follower of other sports, at all, aside from Football. So it's nice and interesting to get a little bit of a history lesson every once in a while.
