Christopher Rager is an editor and writer currently employed by Salem Press. For the last year, he has been working on the company's book set Great Athletes, a collection of more than 1,000 essays on athletes from a variety of sports. Christopher has an M.A. in English Literature from California State University, Los Angeles. He is a contributor to Library Journal and writes from his own blog, mtwilsonwriters.com. Baseball is his sport of choice to watch and write about, but he also enjoys college and professional basketball and track and field and is somewhat titilated by sports such as cricket, mostly because he doesn't understand them.
