I have a Bachelor's degree in Communications/English from The University of Michigan and have interned with the Dearborn Press N' Guide and WJR 760 am. Currently, I write for Examiner.com and Associated Content. Music is my passion but basketball is my second love. I follow all the Detroit sports teams and keep a close eye on all the teams in the NBA so drop me a line if you want to chat about them.

Thanks to BR, I recently interviewed Knicks legend Earl Monroe. Here is what he had to say on a variety of topics, including the current state of the Knicks!

Hey Tracy!
Yvette and I are back at work with our Boston vs LA rivalry series, this time looking into the MLB side of our cities' duels. Perhaps this one might bring back some fond memories of our BoSox!

That is true. Sheed is definitely a guy that needs to be challenged to spark his A-game. I really hope he wins at least one ring before he retires.
I think Artest realizes Kobe is the leader of the team. Not to say he won't voice his opinions, but hey...can't win em all, right?
And how about 'Sheed contemplating the Celts? He's making them wait a week for response! That dude is so crazy! (In a good way.)
Hi Tracy,
I appreciate you asking my opinion! I'm excited to have him in LA. Not a huge fan, but the guy has grown and matured a lot. I think defensively, he'll spark something in the Lakers. The Lakers aren't the most solid defensive team out there.
But you know, I know Artest admires Kobe, in spite of their little quarrels. They are both super competitive, and I think that spirit will take them where they want to go (another championship).
It's going to be some hard work though. How come you don't think it'll be good?
check out this intresting article and very likely possibility. http://bleacherreport.com/articles/208983-opportunity-knocking-could-iverson-end-up-in-cleveland
Then tell me if it is possible and your opinions on it.
