Paul's Bio

Huge college football fan from the great Pacific Northwest. I was raised a Husky (my stepdad was sports editor at UW) but moved to Oregon during high school and fell in love with Autzen Stadium (that's me, far right, UO-Michigan, 2003). I attended UofO and am currently an owner of my own CPA firm, however, during the fall it's nothing but Duck football, with a little bit of the rest of the sporting world sprinkled in.

  1. Hi Paul,

Just posted an article about the Oregon Ducks first Fall Scrimmage. You can see it at:

    Thanks,

  2. We always read articles about the best players, best teams, who's overrated and who's not. I thought I would take a different approach with this one - The Official Bleacher Report Guide for How to Debate Properly, and I would love your opinion.

  3. Remember everyone's initial reaction when McNabb got benched?

    My thoughts have changed...

  4. Brian Westbrook gets all the glory. But don't forget little-used backup Correll Bucklhalter...

P.S. Were any of my suggestions below helpful?

  7. Hi Paul,

Interesting problem that you're having with Word. I've not had the problem on B/R because I compose in the Write section that B/R provides.

However, I've had similar problems on other web-sites. The problem seems to be most pronounced when you're changing formats from "document," to "HTML," or "HTML," to "document." Theoretically, at least according to Microsoft, this shouldn't be a problem, but my personal experience says otherwise.

I've had some limited success with Word, by saving it first as an HTML document rather than as a WORD document. Then copy the HTML document and pasting it into the browser Internet web site. The option, is of course to compose in the Browser tool.

One other consideration may be a conflict in your Browser with WORD, depending which version of which browser, as well as what version of WORD you have on your PC. This is the kind of stuff that can drive you nuts. In this area, I try to be as current as can, unless there is a consensus that the latest release is full of bugs (VISTA).

    Hope that helps.

  10. Hey Paul,
Sorry to hear of your misfortunes. I actually do not know how to go about these problems. What I would suggest is that you talk with Zander. He started the site, and can answer all of your questions much better than I can. Granted, I am trying to do as much research as I can, but I am stumped as to what to do here.
    Hope this helps
    ~Cameron
