Brandon's Bio

I live for basketball. It's my life.

I'm 26 years old, live in Kansas (yeah, middle of nowhere). I'm a huge Lakers fan, been one since 1996 (Kobe's rookie season). My job consists of working on computers all the time, web design, sportswriting, and running OTRBasketball.com. If you don't find me doing any of that, I'll be playing or watching basketball, or pretty much what everyone does, hanging out with friends. Most everyone knows I'm an insulin-dependant diabetic (yes, like Adam Morrison). Not much more to say about me, I guess...you'll probably learn more about me from my writing.

  2. Sup B, it's Legacy. Great work on the articles.

  3. Cool. I posted a couple of articles to the forum.

Let me play around / participate for a few days, and I'll get back to you with my thoughts on how we can get the BR community more involved.

  4. It seems a bit unneccesarry. I mean it's your site and you do a good job with it, you don't need to have a special section just to accomodate us. I just noticed that you have a featured articles section. I think that's a good place to have articles on the site, BR or non BR related. I'll post my next article in the BR section and we'll see how it goes. Keep in touch!

  5. Hey Brandon -

Sorry for taking a couple of days to get back to you.

It's an interesting idea. Would be great if we could set up a time to get on the phone and discuss sometime next week Let me know when you're available.

    Thanks,
    Dave

  6. Sounds cool, I'll give it a shot with my next article.

  7. Hey Brandon,

I just wanted to let you know that Bleacher Report has launched out of beta with an updated look and feel and some great new features. Check out the "Game On" link in the header to find out more.

Next week we'll be launching the site to the world with some public announcements—and it'd be great to get a contribution from you between now and Tuesday to make Bleacher Report's launch a success.

Let me know if you need any help with ideas or have questions. Have a great weekend Brandon!

    Zander

  8. Sup man, The OTR site looks pretty cool. I joined up and registered under my name. I wouldn't mind posting my articles on OTR as well as Bleacherreport. What would be the best way for that to happen?

    Keep in touch man.

  9. Sup, this is .Rize.Up from OTR

  10. Cool. I registered an account at OTRBasketball as dfinocch. Let me know what you screen name is, and I'll get in touch.

  11. Hey Brandon -

Also wanted to mention that I'm one of the guys who runs Bleacher Report...

I'm wondering if there are any partnership opportunities available with OTRBasketball? We'd love to introduce more of your members to Bleacher Report, and get them writing articles as well.

Let me know if you're interested in chatting.

    Thanks,
    Dave

  12. Brandon -

Welcome to Bleacher Report. You should hook up with Michael Whittenberg and some of the top NBA writers that do round-tables. Keep the good stuff comin...
