A native and resident of the fine old county of Yorkshire, England.
I've been been following Formula One since the early 1990s and it has long been my one true sporting love. Got into it in a big way in 1996 and have not missed a race since.
Also been a fan of football since around the time I gained the ability to walk; other sports I can watch in an emergency include rugby union and league, most motorsport, some winter and summer Olympic sports, cricket and boxing...and there's something strangely addictive about watching lawn bowls.
You can find me on Twitter, if you wish.
Very surprised Force India voted against Marussia. The only Thing I can give is more money... the big teams should show some compassion though. Red Bull, Ferrari, Mercedes, McLaren, all the teams that sell big merchandise, Red Bull and Ferrari especially are basically F1's Marie Antoinettes and Louis XII's and if they keep acting like this, there will be a revolution that could change or end the sport forever...
