I come from an Itallian background. A living cliche. Born in Brooklyn, Catholic, and full of hot gas.

That being said I have a beautiful 6 year old daughter. She has already been taking jui-jitsu classes for almost a year now. She also likes swimming and soccer.

Anyway Im pushing 40 years old now but I still compete when I am able in MMA events. I am 11-1 in NSF's 1 no contest. Right now I'm at Ultimate MMA in NYC, working my conditioning and ground game with a bunch of Brazilians I cant understand whatsoever. I'm hoping maybe Joe Lupoli can get me another fight before I become a senior citizen.

Anyway read my stuff and comment alot. Er....please and thank you.

I'm sorry to say that due to a sudden and unexpected health downfall, I am unable to train you at this time. My doctor tells me that I may recover sufficiently in about six-weeks, but even that is iffy.

It may be a couple before I'm even cleared to go back to my day job.
