Dear Readers:

Greetings! I am an avid sports fan and have a passion for writing, too. So, this is one of the avenues I have chosen for expressing my opinions, musings and reflections on various sports topics.

The primary focus of my work is generally anything to do with hockey and the NHL. I am based in Columbus, Ohio and so I am naturally drawn to the hometown team, Columbus Blue Jackets. However, my love for hockey follows wherever the puck travels. Therefore, I have a deep sense of appreciation for all hockey teams, players and events that make up the larger hockey community.

The secondary focus of my work is tied to other sports that I have followed for many years. These consist of the NFL, NBA, college football, college basketball, MLS, and International Soccer. I live just a couple of miles from Ohio Stadium and the Schottenstein Center so I am obviously a big Ohio State football and basketball fan.
