Dawgfather's Bio

33, living behind enemy lines in the "City of Champions" as a Browns fan. I'm from the East Side suburb of Cleveland Heights and have lived and died with the Browns all my life. I'm ready to see the Browns take the next step and be competitive again this year.

I'am a member of the Pittsburgh Browns Backers and have been writing about the Browns for the last five years. Originally starting out as a e-newsletter, Robert's Rant in 2005 and 2006, I have been published on Browns247.com as the controversial and hard-hitting UNLEASHED since 2007 and after taking a hiatus from blogging to work on publishing my first e-book, BlackSeed, The Dawgfather is back!

Check out the new and improved UNLEASHED blog at http://roberts-rant.blogspot.com/ and follow me on Twitter at http://twitter.com/Dawgfather76. GO BROWNS!

  1. Robert-

    Browns Table Week #1!

In the immortal words of Adam Carolla...

"Let's get it on, gotta get it on, a mandate to get it on!!!"

If you can have it back by Saturday morning I'll have it up before the OSU/USC game.

    Peace,
    Jeff

  4. hey ... hope you dug my defense of DA article ... did it just to shut ManLove McLaughlin up!

  6. Just finished an article about how the AFC North's rivalries impact the teams playoff chances.

  7. Dawgfather,

  8. Tired of reading the same articles about Mangini? Here's my take on the Browns roster and how they could attack free agency. It's a fresh look at the organization and could be refreshing after sifting through thousands of Mangini articles.

    http://bleacherreport.com/articles/108303-cleveland-browns-state-of-the-roster-2009-offseason

  9. Always good to be ahead of the game. Were you listening to EEI or did you catch wind of that report? As you can guess from my profile, WEEI is my hometown sports radio station.

  10. The editor queue is messing with my feedback.. so I just wanted to let you know what I changed in your article:

Only one minor fix. Mangini only led the Jets to the playoffs once. So I re-worded that section a bit for accuracy and so it would flow more smoothly. Hope you don't mind.
