Yea I was just a cocky fan who was excited about the Tigers making it back to the World Series. But congrats to the Giants. I hope we can get a rematch next year, hopefully with a different result.

I'm feeling a little better about your prediction than mine at the moment. However, I am going to wait to see if the Niner offense is that improved or if the Packer defense is that bad. In the second half, Smith didn't make any big throws when he could of iced the game and that worries me as far as playoffs go.

However I saw way more positives than negatives. If I were to change my predictions today I would probably say 12-4 or 11-5 because the Jets game looks a lot harder than I originally thought.

You have no idea about baseball statistics. Batting average is an irrelevant statistic. OPS is a far better way to discover a good hitter. Plus ERA is also falty stat. Cueto's ERA is going to soar, trust me, he is just a lucky pitcher. You have no idea when it comes to baseball statistics. You think BA is important and that using ERA is a good way to determine a pitcher over a short period of time...jokes on you.

I actually read that article on Gore as well. Simply incredible! That all without giving even an ounce of consideration to everything he has been through physically. The man is a beast on so many levels.
