I am Hosea, born many years ago in Windhoek the capital city of a country in Southern Africa called Namibia. I was raised up by my mom in a shanty town of Havana where i attended Olof Palme Primary School from 1999 to 2005. During my primary school years i have been involved with the school soccer teams first starting with the under 12 team than making it it to the under 16 team. I am a good soccer player and have won many regional trophies. I moved to high school in 2006, the first 2 years never got the chance to play for the team as i was very young at that time. The team consisted of bigger guys who would bully us whenever we want to train with them. My breakthrough into the school soccer team came in 2008 when the coach spotted me while playing for our class at the very beginning of the year. I played for the school team for the following 3 years and have won seven different tournaments. I have been representing my region in a certain newspaper cup that is played by the 13 regions of our country, unfortunately we never managed to win one as we were from the Northern side where we lack exellent training facilities than other players from Urban areas. Last year while doing my grade 12 i represented our country at a certain tournament at South Africa where we came at the second place. I have been playing soccer for the past 11 years of my life, and i have a believe that one day i will make it big in soccer even though it has not been my dream career as a young kid. I grew up in a very dis-advantaged area, thus i have a believe that one day i will fight for my society to live in a better community. There is a lot of talent where i come from, it is of course the lack of development that makes talents be hidden. I am currently studying at the University of Namibia doing my Degree in Secondary Education. Still i do play soccer representing my faculty of Education on campus.
