I've been writing and editing news and sports stories for more than 15 years. My passion though is sports writing. Being a former athlete, I can understand what it takes to prepare for any season, whether it be high school, college or professional. I was fortunate to work for one of the nation's leading news wire business, Metro Source News, a Westwood One affiliate. I worked my way up the ladder in the business, starting out as a radio news anchor and becoming a news editor. Expressing my opinion has always been my strong point, especially when it comes to basketball. I can write about any sport, but hoops is my favorite. I have a BA in broadcast journalism and I have worked in all fields of the media, television, radio and print.
