Hi folks

I dont have too much time to write stuff just now as ive all of a sudden got a pretty busy life. Spend two weeks working in Aberdeen and two weeks working in Norway every month. I'm not too sure to be honest but Almunia was quite open about what he said and Wenger did retort "Players never say you need a player in their position"....

Why didn't he play Djourou yesterday instead of Silvestre, was Djourou injured? He can;t be seriously thinking of keeping Silvestre can he?

I think Diaby, Silvestre, Adebayor and Bischoff to go. I think we will definitely be seeing some new center backs in the summer which suggests Toure or Gallas are going.

Also, isn't it funny how Almunia got an "ankle injury" after saying we need new players. I wonder will we see a new keeper?

I didn't actually get to see the game live and to be honest I didn't try too hard. From the highlights Silvestre must be put down and Diaby has to go. Bendtner is the only who looks like he gives a damn.

Bischoff has only a one year contract so can leave for nothing - no too sure if we even get money for his "development".

If Valencia are so stuck for money we give them £50mil for Villa and Silva and we'll throw in Silvestre as well :)

I don't see why not either. He could always give them a player we don't want either as a sweetner or seen as they are so much in debt give them someone on loan and pay some of his wages - am I clutching at straws?

Like if he doesn't have plans for Vela or Merida - they are great prospects and would be an asset to any team (but only on loan).

Villa would be nice although if Wenger signed him I may get a heart-attack or die of shock that Wenger would actually buy such a player for big bucks

The best way to start of the summer is for Wenger to bring in a top class player at the very beginning of the window to get us all in a good mood and then add 2 more as the summer progresses.

No fooling around to the end of the window like with Nasri and Arshavin.

Yeah when there is no World Cups or Euros the summers become pointless. I really hope Wenger buys the needed players this season not just hope people can step up.

I think Bendtner should start - jeez he's a 21 year old having a night on the lash, big deal.

I think its a long shot to get 3rd to be honest but might as well go for it anyway. Do you know what I'd love? For City to beat the Mancs this weekend and we beat them at Old Trafford and Liverpool claim the title - knock the smug smiles off the bastards.

Its UEFA territory so no bans in domestic competition, not by Sunday. I do so hope we compound their misery though ha ha. I would nearly take a draw, just hope its a good performance to bounce back from the mauling Tuesday night.
